Introducing Fashion Blogger Funmi Ford of House of Odara

Hello,

My name is Funmi Ford and I was born in  Lagos, Nigeria. I moved to the US when I was eight years old and am located in Birmingham, Alabama. I’m a mum and wife and lover of fashion. I began blogging almost three years ago. I took a year off to start a family and just started back the summer of last year.
I started because I loved the fact that style could be a bridge that transcends socio-economic background or language. I believe fashion has a voice and can speak volumes. I wanted to use my voice to educate and help others not just with style and fashion but with life and love. To me, the better you look, the better you’ll feel about yourself and the better your life will be.
My number one tip to staying consistent is planning ahead. I always try to work three posts ahead of time and when I take pictures, I take four different outfits just in case I don’t have time or a photographer for the next couple of weeks. So, plan ahead of time and always have four blog posts done and ready to post at a moments notice.
We hope you enjoyed this post and earnestly hope you check out her page. Do not forget to like and comment your thoughts and if there are any other new bloggers you want featured suggest them via their names or blog sites in the

Yasss, my blogger babe! You look amazing per usual and that’s great advice. I need to take note of that because I’m guilty of procrastinating and not getting stuff on time. Consistency is key and you are good for that.
